"Oak Tree Road" - Parody of Old Town Road by Lil Nas X

I had the pleasure of working on a fun comedy project recently. The task ... creating a Desi parody of Lil Nas X's Old Town Road. In New Jersey there is a road called "Oak Tree Road" which is the little India of NJ. It served well as the backdrop for the video.
The story follows a "westernized" Indian guy from Manhattan in search of more of a connection to his Desi roots. He goes shopping for clothes, jewelry, and even Bollywood DVDs. After filling himself with tons of Indian snacks and sweets, he returns to his life in NYC feeling enriched and yearning for more.
